• To join the rebels, you have to be a rebel. It’s not a skill but an attitude.
• There’s no hatred but all love. We don’t welcome discrimination of any kind into the family.
• No Favouritism or biased reviews. Remember, equality at all times.
• We will survive as a family, so respect everyone equally.
• Everybody is entitled to their own opinion. So we listen when great ideas are suggested.
• We welcome creativity, but proceed with care. We must NEVER hurt anybody’s feelings.
• Sharing is the best part of a learning curve. Let’s help when someone needs.
• Like stated earlier, a family needs to take decisions as a whole. Communication is the key!
• Keep secrets. Confidentiality is a character. It reflects how much a person can be trusted. We expect that in you.
